This course has been created in collaboration between the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the World Bank. The course looks at Occupational Safety, Occupational Health, and Violence and Harassment in the workplace from the perspective of gender and examines differential risks for women or men that may be present.

ელექტრონული კურსის ქართული ვერსია შემუშავებულია ევროპის რეკონსტრუქციისა და განვითარების ბანკის მიერ, აზიის განვითარების ბანკთან და აღმოსავლეთ ევროპის ენერგოეფექტურობის და გარემოს დაცვის პარტნიორობასთან თანამშრომლობით. კურსის მიზანია დაეხმაროს მათ, ვინც მუშაობს ისეთ შენობებსა და ნაგებობებთან, რომლებიც შესაძლოა შეიცავდეს აზბესტს.  ეს შეიძლება მოიცავდეს ყველა ტიპის ნაგებობას - ოფისების, საწარმოო და გადამამუშავებელი ობიექტების, საავადმყოფოების, ფერმების, საწყობების, ტექნიკური მომსახურების ობიექტების, სატრანსპორტო დეპოებისა და საცხოვრებელი ბინების ჩათვლით.

The aim of this course is to raise awareness of general aspects of mental health and wellbeing, and the organisational factors that impact the health and wellbeing of individual workers.
